Package Policies
- Payment for your booking can be made in multiple parts.
- Once your first payment is received, you'll get an official email confirmation with your booking summary.
- After completing 100% payment, your final KMS Tours & Travels voucher will be issued — containing hotel details, transport arrangements, inclusions, and emergency contact information.
- Please double-check traveller names, ID proofs, and travel dates before confirming the booking.
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method or KMS Tours & Travels travel credit, as applicable.
- Refund timelines may vary if third-party suppliers (like hotels or transport partners) are involved.
- Convenience fees, taxes, and gateway charges are non-refundable.
- 30 days or more before travel: 25% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- 15 to 29 days before travel: 50% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- Within 14 days of travel: 100% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- No-show or last-minute cancellations (after trip start) are non-refundable.
- In case of weather disruptions, government restrictions, strikes, or other force-majeure events, alternate arrangements will be offered whenever possible. However, cash refunds are not available in such scenarios.
- A minimum 25–50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to block your slots.
- The remaining balance must be cleared at least 15 to 30 days before travel (or upon arrival in Srinagar as specified in your KMS Tours & Travels booking confirmation).
- Last-minute bookings (within 10 days) require 100% upfront payment at confirmation.
- All payments must be made only via official KMS Tours & Travels channels (official payment links, verified UPI ID, or official bank accounts) listed on our website and invoice. Payments made to personal accounts or unofficial representatives are not recognized by KMS Tours & Travels.
